Following a 25-year career in Civil Engineering and Construction Management I moved into the Real Estate profession to answer a long-awaited desire to work for myself assisting people with their many real estate needs that were continually brought to my attention by those seeking my advice as a trusted friend colleague or even those who just met me and felt I knew the answer. Over those years I completed many real estate and appraisal courses in continuing education so when the time came the transition was seamless. In 2014 I wrote my first listing during my first week and closed nearly $1 million in transactions in 6 months to earn the Gazelle Award for the quickest start at the largest real estate company in The Upstate.
Currently I am carrying over a dozen listings and concentrate on finding the perfect home regardless of how unique as well as locating land for buyers and marketing land for sellers. Four fourteen years I manage roadway assets for Greenville County thus have a working knowledge of every area in Greenville County. As a part-time QA inspector for new homes and former estimator and regulatory specialist for new homes and commercial buildings my expertise can be invaluable for clients seeking to build renovate purchase or sell a home as well as small commercial properties.
I have been a full-time Realtor since 2014 am married to Pia DeVore a local educator and have one daughter Fairis student at Winthrop University. I am a native of Greenville and finished Florida A&M Univesity with a BS in Architectural Eng. Technology and Clemson/USC with a MS in Public Administration.
