I was born in Brooklyn NY but grew up in the Babylon area of Long Island. I loved Long Island living as a child but after many years of changes and after becoming a father to two wonderful children I saw the opportunities of home ownership for my children fading do to the High costs of living and the extremely high taxes.
After a good 3 years of researching different areas I came across Greenville South Carolina and after visiting here i was confident that I had found a Great place to raise my family.
I have been in Greenville since 2002 and pursued my career in Real Estate shortly after the move. I settled down in the town of Simpsonville with my wife and children and still today am very happy with the choice I made.
My kids have now grown and starting their lives in what I believe a much better situation than if I had stayed in NY.
The people here seem more friendly I love the weather the reduced traffic and obviously the lower TAXES!!!!
I have seen 100's of people over the years visit and make the same decision I made a short 16 years ago.
I am glad I was able to assist them in finding their new homes and feel the joy in how much happier they are today.
I am blessed and have made some very good friendships along the way.
I would be honored to do the same for you and your family someday.
