I worked my way up to where I am now by working 'through the ranks' so to speak. I started in a Coldwell Banker office as a secretary/administrator and then became the relocation director within that five year period. After an eight year hiatus from real estate I became a personal assistant to a top producing Weichert agent for seven years learning the ins and outs negotiating skills from purchase price to repair requests and learning one of the most important skills of 'keeping feathers unruffled.' This makes way for happy sellers and buyers. I became a full-time full-service agent in 2014 and have excelled. All the credit goes to having worked in all different capacities of Real Estate.
